How to withdraw USDT from Binance exchange? On-chain withdrawal and internal transfer tutorial (App version)

When depositing or withdrawing cryptocurrency, please ensure that the network for both actions is consistent; otherwise, it may result in the loss of funds.

After you initiate a withdrawal request, you will go through four statuses: 【Withdrawal Request】 — 【Pending】 — 【Withdrawing】 — 【Transferred Out】. When the status on the withdrawal details page shows "Transferred Out," it indicates that the asset has left the platform, and you need to contact the customer service of the receiving platform or wallet for verification.

Withdrawals are mainly divided into two types: on-chain withdrawals and internal transfers. Here, we will demonstrate the process using USDT as an example.

I. On-chain Withdrawal

  1. Open the App homepage, click 【Assets】—【Withdraw】—【Withdraw Cryptocurrency】— Search for the cryptocurrency 【USDT】.

On-chain withdrawal

  1. Choose the destination 【Address Book】 or 【Exchange】 or 【Non-custodial Wallet】 - Select 【Withdrawal Network】 - Scan or paste the target platform 【Address】/ Select from the address book – Enter 【Withdrawal Amount】 - Click 【Submit】. You can view the minimum withdrawal amount before entering the withdrawal amount.

Friendly reminder: Even if you do not correctly select 【Exchange】 or 【Non-custodial Wallet】, as long as you fill in the network, address, and other information correctly, it will not affect the withdrawal. This option is only to help you clarify whether the withdrawal recipient is a platform or a wallet.

  1. Enter the required password and verification code to complete the operation.

Withdrawal verification is not only a compliance requirement but also effectively confirms that it is you performing the operation, avoiding misoperations or unauthorized account withdrawals.

Note:

  1. When selecting the withdrawal network, the 【Deposit/Recharge Network】 of other exchanges or wallets must be consistent with the Binance withdrawal network, for example, both should be Tron (TRC20); otherwise, the funds may be lost.

  2. If you have completed the binding of your phone number, email, and identity verification application, when you verify the withdrawal, you will need to verify through the identity verification application and email, and cannot verify via SMS.

  3. If you encounter issues receiving the verification code, you can scroll down to the bottom of the article for more information.

  4. If you mistakenly transferred an untradeable asset, you can refer to this article: How to withdraw assets mistakenly deposited into Binance that are not supported? Tutorial (App/Web version)

  5. Withdrawal verification is not only a compliance requirement but also effectively confirms that it is you performing the operation, avoiding misoperations or unauthorized account withdrawals.

  6. If you encounter a situation where the withdrawal address cannot be copied and pasted, it is recommended to check whether your phone has authorized the App to use clipboard permissions. Some models need to set this in the "Other Permissions" section of the app information (the settings path varies by brand; you can search for the corresponding model's settings method), authorize it, and then restart the device before trying again.

  7. Currently, the platform does not support batch withdrawals.

II. Internal Transfer

  1. Open the App homepage, click 【Assets】—【Withdraw】—【Withdraw Cryptocurrency】— Search for the cryptocurrency 【USDT】.

  2. Choose the destination 【Binance User】 - Select via 【Phone Number/Email/Sub-account/UID】 - Enter/Paste the other party's 【Phone Number/Email/Sub-account/UID】 - Enter 【Amount】, click 【Submit】.

The withdrawal page displays 【Minimum Amount】, 【24-hour Withdrawal Limit】, and 【Fees】; please check to see if you meet the corresponding parameters.

It is recommended to enable address whitelist mode to ensure the safety of your funds. In withdrawal whitelist mode, you cannot withdraw to a new address that is manually entered; you can only withdraw to addresses in the address book.

For certain cryptocurrencies, a tag must also be filled in when withdrawing; the tag is usually a string of numbers. For example, for XRP, after filling in the withdrawal address, the tag below must also be filled in; otherwise, the funds may be lost.

How to prevent high-risk transactions?
To build a good trading environment, Binance continuously upgrades its risk control strategies and strengthens risk control measures. Since the establishment of the risk control system, multiple high-risk accounts have been intercepted. Through the review and analysis of high-risk accounts, two types of high-risk behaviors have been summarized to prevent yourself from becoming a "tool" for criminals.

With the rapid development of blockchain, cryptocurrency trading has gradually entered people's view, attracting some high-risk groups. They assist users who are unfamiliar with the crypto world in high-risk transactions through methods such as "buying coins on behalf of others, gambling, Ponzi schemes, and money laundering."

The first type: Withdrawal to high-risk exchanges
Common characteristics of high-risk exchanges: registration is not open to the public, a fixed invitation code is required to register an account, frequent changes of account deposit addresses, deletion of transaction records, etc.

The second type: Withdrawal to fraudulent platforms
This type of transaction behavior: Step one is to induce users to register accounts, step two is to provide a specified withdrawal address, step three is to engage in trading with promises of high returns, but ultimately to withdraw the profits, a fixed withdrawal fee must be paid (this fee is not the network miner's fee); based on the above two situations, Binance has conducted in-depth verification with the police multiple times and has confirmed several high-risk platforms. We hope every user will exercise caution when trading. Suggestions for preventing "high-risk transactions":

Be wary of various "copy trading" and "online dating" recommendations to participate in online gambling investment scams;
Do not provide or lend your account to others for operation, especially strangers;
Do not believe in any form of high-profit commission for buying coins;
Do not use trading platforms that are "not publicly registered, lack risk control, lack customer service, and lack depth";
If you discover any online scams related to digital assets, please report them to the platform or the police in a timely manner;
If you withdraw to a fraudulent platform, please keep the chat records safe and report them to the platform or the police in a timely manner.
